For one of our clients, we are seeking an experienced IT Service Owner / Application Operations Manager to establish and operate the ACTICO Business Rule Engine as a fully managed IT service. This is a contract role with an immediate project focus and close collaboration with internal teams and external ACTICO consultants.

Description
Tasks
- End-to-end management of environment setup for the ACTICO Business Rule Engine
- Coordination and alignment with in-house experts, external ACTICO consultants, Product Owner, and System Architect
- Setup and configuration of namespaces and pods across TST, UAT, and PRD environments
- Configuration of firewalls, ingress, and deployment pipelines (Harbor & Octopus) for all environments
- Establishment of CI/CD pipelines, logging, and monitoring
- Management of infrastructure requirements in line with bank-wide standardized processes
- Creation and contribution to required documentation (Service & Security Design, Solution Design, Operating Manual)
- Coordination and execution of integration testing across the full environment setup
- Ownership of operational readiness and transition into UAT and production
Requirements
- Completed degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer working with CI/CD pipelines (Git/GitLab, Octopus, Helm Charts)
- Strong hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and Linux (RHEL 8)
- Mandatory experience with ACTICO Platform / Business Rule Engine
- System engineering experience within a Java technology stack
- Solid experience with Oracle databases and SQL
- Good understanding of REST-based web service integration
- Experience using Eclipse for development and debugging
- Fluent English (spoken and written)
