Tasks
- Support front-office and business management activities related to the NOGA 2008 - NOGA 2025 implementation
- Ensure a clean, business-aligned transition across client-facing processes
- Perform data clean-up activities and ensure high data quality standards
- Translate regulatory, data, and classification requirements into clear business rules and processes
- Conduct impact analyses on front-office processes and client data
- Coordinate closely with front-office stakeholders, business management, and cross-functional teams
- Act as a reliable interface between business and technical counterparts
Requirements
- Completed education in business administration, finance, economics, or a comparable field
- Strong understanding of front-office processes (e.g. onboarding, CRM, client data management)
- Proven experience in translating data and classification requirements into operational business processes
- Experience in impact analysis, stakeholder coordination, and cross-functional project environments
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
- Fluent business communication in German and English (spoken and written)
