Compliance Onboarding Officer (A)

<p>We are seeking a Compliance Onboarding Officer to support our customer, a leading financial institution in Zurich, in conducting high-risk client onboarding reviews and assessing Know Your Customer (KYC) and Financial Crime risks. In this role, you will review complex client relationships, particularly within Emerging Markets with a focus on MEA and NRI, assess cross-unit relationships between advisory teams, booking centers, and clients, and prepare concise written assessments to support compliant onboarding decisions and adherence to regulatory requirements</p>

Description

Tasks

  • Perform high-risk client onboarding reviews, including detailed assessments of Know Your Customer (KYC) and Financial Crime risks
  • Review and assess client relationships within Emerging Markets, with a focus on MEA and NRI
  • Evaluate cross-unit relationships between advisory teams, booking centers, and clients
  • Prepare concise written assessments related to onboarding and compliance reviews
Requirements
  • Substantial onboarding experience, particularly in high-risk client onboarding reviews
  • Strong experience within Emerging Markets, especially MEA and NRI
  • Good knowledge of cross-unit relationships between advisory teams, booking centers, and clients
  • Additional AML/KYC-related training is beneficial
  • Proficiency in writing concise assessments
  • Fluency in English and German
