Description
Tasks
- Coordinate and monitor exit decisions within Financial Crime Compliance (FCC)
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders across Compliance, Data Analytics, Finance, and the Centralised Exit Desk
- Prepare and analyse data as well as management information for senior stakeholders
- Support and prepare decision-making materials for management meetings
- Document key decisions and ensure auditability
- Monitor and control accounts “in exit” from a compliance perspective
- Contribute to updates of policies and internal guidelines where needed
Requirements
- Completed degree in Finance, Business Administration, Law, or a related field
- 2–3 years of experience as a Compliance Officer and Project Manager
- Proven banking experience with a focus on Compliance and/or Risk Management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Solid understanding of data analysis, reporting, and management information preparation
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
