<p>We are seeking a Procurement Contract Data, Documentation & Records Analyst to support our client in strengthening procurement data quality, contract documentation management, and regulatory readiness within a regulated banking environment. In this role, you will analyse, validate, and remediate procurement and contract-related information across multiple systems and repositories. You will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure accurate documentation, improve data traceability, and support Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) and regulatory reporting requirements</p>

Tasks
- Support the Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) remediation programme as Procurement SME for contract and documentation-related topics
- Analyse, identify and validate contract documentation and relevant procurement artefacts across multiple systems and repositories
- Review and improve contract-related data and metadata quality, ensuring completeness, accuracy and consistency
- Investigate missing, incomplete or inconsistent documentation and reconstruct contract relationships where required
- Analyse contractual structures and identify relevant documents such as amendments, addenda, annexes and statements of work
- Collaborate with Procurement, Legal, Supplier Management and other internal stakeholders to resolve information gaps
- Support governance activities, reporting requirements and continuous improvement of procurement data and documentation processes
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Information Management, Business Law or a related field
- 2–5 years of professional experience in Procurement Operations, Contract Management, Contract Administration, Supplier Management or Procurement Data Management
- Experience working with commercial contracts, contract documentation and document management processes
- Good understanding of contract structures and contractual components (e.g. Master Agreements, Statements of Work, Amendments, Addenda)
- Experience in data quality reviews, records management and information validation
- Strong analytical skills with a structured and detail-oriented working approach
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Experience with Procurement, Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) or document management systems is an advantage
- Experience in banking, financial services or other regulated environments is an advantage
- Knowledge of TPRM, DORA, outsourcing governance or regulatory reporting is an advantage
- Good German skills (B1/B2) and fluent English skills (C1/C2)
