Lead and manage the Portfolio & Position Management workstream within a large-scale Core Banking Transformation program
Drive delivery across business, operations, technology, testing, and migration activities
Coordinate and align multiple stakeholders, workstreams, and delivery teams
Define and execute program plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, and mitigation strategies
Ensure successful business readiness, user adoption, and organizational change management
Challenge assumptions, facilitate decision-making, and align business requirements with strategic objectives
Oversee testing, migration planning, cutover activities, and implementation readiness
Provide executive-level reporting, presentations, and status updates to senior stakeholders
Act as a trusted partner across business and technology teams to ensure successful program outcomes

Proven track record leading large-scale transformation programs or strategically important projects within the financial services industry
Extensive experience managing complex migration initiatives, including testing, business change, and user adoption activities
Strong understanding of securities and transaction-related core banking processes, including Order Management, Corporate Actions, Securities Deliveries, Lending Operations, OTC Products and Processes
Deep expertise in portfolio and position management capabilities, including Portfolio Analysis, Rebalancing, Asset Allocation, Performance Measurement and Calculation
Experience working within complex banking environments and large cross-functional organizations
Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leadership and drive consensus

Strong leadership presence with the ability to inspire and align diverse stakeholder groups
